As personal search agents we provide a range of bundle pricing to support the needs of our conveyancing clients. 

We receive instructions to generate property searches through out England & Wales. As such we work with a number of small, medium and large Solicitors and Licenced Conveyancing practices as well as providing Conveyancing Searches for other search pack providers.

We've completed in excess of 80,000 property searches which have typically comprised of;

• Official Local Authority Searches
• Personal Property Searches
• Chancel, Coal, Drainage & Environmental Searches.

We're members of COPSO and carry £2million pounds of Indemnity insurance. As part of the searches package the site will generate a Recommended Searches report and also offer you the latest onscreen Mapping features. The process can also link in to our Case Management system, if you'd like.
