As a company we do a range of things and conveyancing searches have been a key part of our business strategy for over 10 years.

We are able to provide a national searches service through both our inhouse team and our network of personal search agents. Separately our automated searches system allows the solicitor or licenced conveyancer to select from a list of recommended searches for each conveyancing transaction.

We can provide Personal Searches and the following items;

• Official Property Searches
• Water & Drainage Searches
• Chancel Searches and Insurance
• A range of Environmental Searches  
• Dozens of ancilliary Searches

We can also provide a Conveyancing Quotes system to the law firms we work with as well as, in some circumstances, either residential leads or direct conveyancing instructions.

Furthermore we're working on our own conveyancing software platform which will either be free to those companies good enough to send Searches or we'll provide it at a nominal rate.
