Boiler and Electrical Indemnity Insurance

As an established Indemnity insurance provider, we are pleased to include Boiler Indemnity Insurance in our range of indemnity policies. 

Boiler/Electrical Installation certifications are usually required by the purchaser. These are needed when a boiler has been replaced, or electrical works have been undertaken. A certificate should be issued to be confirmation of compliance with the regulations.

An insurance policy can provide a cost-effective alternative if evidence suggests the certification is incorrect/lost.

We are appointed representatives of Stewart Title and provide upwards of 100 policies in our suite of Indemnity Insurances. Additionally, we can provide policies for non-standard risks and bespoke quotes.
