You may have heard of Legal Brokers Ltd. I would guess you've heard of Quality Solicitors. Our alternative to QS is based around our "National Solicitors" brand..... Not a massively inventive name, I grant you, but it does what it says on the tin. So to speak.

In precis we've added a couple of new wrinkles we'd like to run past you. Firstly, referring work to specialist lawyers within the group.

Secondly, cost savings generated by reducing cashiers costs. ie. increasing profitability.

We're still relatively early in our development at this point. The National Solicitors website is being built right now and there's a 12 month campaign about to start in the Law Gazette. Interesting times.

If you've heard of us before you'll know our approach is based around;

Your Name. National Solicitors.

Local knowledge. National Strength

In precis we're not looking to overwrite your brand. We're seeking to enhance it.

At the same time there's two additional tweaks we've made as a result of the recommendations a few lawyers have suggested.

Firstly, that we work with a number of "specialist" law firms. In that way if you are a Family Law firm but don't want to turn away, say, Conveyancing work you can refer work to our specialists and they'll carry out the transaction in the background.

You retain ownership of the client. The client keeps you as the point of contact. By definition there won't be any panel issues. The client gets an excellent service. You have a happy client.

The same model applies to firms who don't do, as an example, PI but want a safe pair of hands to refer work to. Etc Etc.

Hence we're looking for "specialist" firms we can build relationships with around the country. You'll form part of our steering committee.

Secondly, a firm we work with has outsourced certain services, such as the cashiers function, and managed to increase their profitability by 12% in the process. We can work with your software system to simplify that part of your business. Create savings. Increase profit.
