Northwest opportunity

Established solicitor with guaranteed sources of Personal Injury work is looking to parachute two, 3 year PQE, individuals into his firm....as Partners.

The business is in the Northwest & the timeframe to bums on seats is approximately 6 - 8 weeks.

Salary and package to be discussed. Perfect scenario for the right, ambitious, individuals.

As is becoming more common these days our client is looking to find high calibre individuals who can carryout the day to day to work whilst he focuses on further business development.

Franchise Opportunities, Firm for Sale, Conveyancing & PI cases.

1) Franchise. Do you refer Property Searches to a third party firm ? If you would prefer to keep that revenue, and profit, inhouse you might be interested in looking at a Legal Brokers franchise. Do you have a member of staff who might be interested in becoming self employed ?

We also offer a white label conveyancing brand if you want to offer conveyancing but don't want the headaches of doing it yourselves.

2) Firm for Sale. Fylde Coast firm looking to move on. Two offices. Established name, business and reputation.

3) Conveyancing Enquiries. We can sell Enquiries & a member of your team calls the clients and converts them into cases. We'll discount our Enquiry costs in return for any additional search instructions you're able to send our way.

4) PI. We're still investing thousands in PI but haven't struck lucky yet with a regular, MOJ approved, source of data. I've bleated on about this before but for us to send PI work we need reciprocal business. ie. property searches. That income helps us fund our marketing development.
